Own and drive Product7's sales and marketing efforts as our first dedicated hire in this area. You'll manage the full sales pipeline, run marketing campaigns, and help us acquire and retain customers across Nigeria and Africa.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the Nigerian and African markets
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across social media, email, and content channels
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Represent Product7 at industry events, conferences, and meetups
  • Collaborate with the product team to align messaging with product updates
  • Track and report on sales and marketing metrics directly to founders
  • Build and mentor the future sales and marketing team as we scale

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or marketing
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian/African tech ecosystem
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
  • Passion for helping businesses improve their customer support experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience at an early-stage startup
  • Network within the Nigerian tech community
  • Content creation and social media marketing skills
  • Technical understanding of SaaS products
